Field Mapping System Explanation

The import system allows you to upload a CSV file and map its columns to the required fields in the system.

Steps:

1. Upload the CSV File
   • Select a CSV file from your computer.
   • Select the checkbox if your CSV file includes a header row with column names
   • Choose the separator used in the file (, or ;).
   • The system will analyze the file and display the detected column names.
   
   
2. Mapping Columns
   • For each CSV column, select the corresponding field from the list of required fields.
   • If a column is not needed, leave it unassigned.
   
   
3. Confirm Mapping
   • Once you have completed the mapping, click the "Confirm Mapping" button to submit the data.
   • The system will validate the mapping and proceed with the import process.
