Orders will be shipped within one business day from reception of payment, or in case of cash on delivery, within one day from order confirmation.

 

We don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Unpaid Orders

 

Orders for which payment is not accounted for within 7 working days will be automatically cancelled

 

 

Right of withdrawal

 

 

The customer has the right to withraw from the contract, without any penality fee and without giving any reason, within 10 work days from obtaining physical aquisition of the product. To do so, the customer has to write a registered letter with advice of reciept, containing:

 

Declaration of intention to withdraw from the contract

Specification of the product for wich the withdrawal from the contract applies

The customers bank information (Bank name, ABI-, CAB-, SWIFT-, and IBAN-Code) to allow a bank transfer.

To recieve the refund of their payment the customer has to mail the product or products for wich they wish to obtain the refund to the above adress. The product

has to be in the exact condition in wich it was delivered.
